I fell asleep on the living room couch. I don't usually sleep in the afternoons. I hardly sleep even at night. Today, though, I dozed off without meaning too. One minute, I was reading a book by Haruki Murakami, the next, I was fast asleep.
It was a deep, dreamless sleep. For how long I slept, I had no idea. It was starting to get dark when I awoke. That's all I know.
